It was a big success!!
Intentaron organizar los libros en cajas, pero no estaba funcionando muy bien para ellas. Por lo tanto, Pre-K Katie creyo un sistema nuevo este verano para todos los libros que yo quería compartir con uds. Check it out!!
Sign-Out Sheet for when you remove a book from the library.
Each theme has a divider with the theme name in Spanish on it.
All of the books are organized by theme in one of the classroom closets. If your school doesn't have an extra closet, then just use a bookshelf!! :-)
Each BOOK has a color coded label on the binding with a number 1 -?? If there is a multiple copy, then it is labeled 2-a, 2-b, 2-c etc...That way you know if a book is missing!
There are two boxes to sort the books as they are purchased, or if you don't have time to organize the books right away.
MATERIALS CLOSET
All of the materials have been sorted and placed in one closet!
They are numbered as well so you know where to return the box to when you are finished using it.
There is a 3D visual along with the label so it is easy to see.
I just love how organized it is!!
Organizing Your Bulletin Board Borders
For $14.99 (plus 20% coupon), Kelly purchased this Bulletin Board Border Sorter at Lakeshore!
It is labeled by theme, and she added velcro to keep it closed.
When the teachers are done using it, then, you just roll it up and hang it up!! A great space saver!
Bulletin Board Letters
Kelly purchased this file box for $12 at Staples to organize all of the letters they use for Bulletin Boards.
Each letter is in a baggie and is placed in the appropriate section.
All you have to do to create a Title for a bulletin board display is to find the letters easily in the file box!
I hope you feel inspired to get your classroom and school organized too!!!
